Emerald
Valley Paranormal
has very strict protocols regarding the posting of evidence to our site.
We ONLY disclose the location of the investigations we go on IF the
location allows us to post the name of the location. The reason for
this is CONFIDENTIALITY.
When any paranormal
team investigates a location we have a responsibility to that site to
keep their information private. This helps to protect the site from
curiosity seekers who end up doing more harm than good. This also
saves the site from the many phone calls or letters requesting or
sometimes outright demanding entrance to their site by other
paranormal
teams who do not have experience and who do not treat locations or owners
with the respect they deserve.
With permission
from the sites we investigate we will post evps, photographs and video but
will NOT disclose the location that the evidence was gathered at UNLESS
permission is given for us to do so.
If you are
another paranormal
investigative team that has verifiable references, an active website,
and a means of contacting you besides just an email address then you may
contact me regarding specific evidence you wish to find out more about.
Depending on my agreement with the location, I will give you the location
name and who to contact at that location.
This is the safest
way I have found to protect the sites that we visit while still being able
to share our findings with the public.
Saving
Oregon's Historical and Heritage sites is part of being an investigator.
Our role in their preservation is handling confidential information.
We help these sites educate and preserve our heritage while only promoting
the paranormal
side of the site when permitted and in the manner the site
wishes.
Thank
you for your understanding,
